PROJECT SA TASCA

SAN JOSEPH, IBIZA

Set in the hills of San Joseph, Sa Tasca marks the complete reimagining of an unused restaurant into a Greek taverna. A statement entrance sets the tone from the first step, a whitewashed archway framed by cascading bougainvillea, glowing stone steps, and a weathered blue door that opens onto a stone-flagged courtyard shaded by an ancient olive tree. Inside, natural stone walls, timber beams, and pale rendered surfaces create a space that feels both elemental and refined: rustic, sun-warmed, and unmistakably Mediterranean.
